Kenyan boxer fighters

Twice a week, these Kenyan men in their fifties train tirelessly with the hope of representing Kenya in the next Paralympic Games. In the meantime, they encourage others with disability to join this sport in order to overcome the stigma and social condescension. Most of the team members of Westie Paraboxing Club, based in Nairobi, suffered from polio, disease that despite being easily preventable if you get vaccinated as a child, today causes paralysis to many Kenyan adults (November, 2018).
